THIS LANGUAGE CONSTITUTES THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON WHICH THE WRIGHT JEWELRY STORE (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS “TWJS”) SELLS THE ITEMS REFERRED TO ON THE FACE OF THIS DOCUMENT. NO ADDITIONS OR MODIFICATIONS WILL BE BINDING ON SELLER UNLESS AGREED TO IN WRITING BY A DULY AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE OF SELLER.

- Custom Orders: These require a non-refundable deposit (e.g., 50%) and are non-returnable once production begins.
